MISSION

respect for the environment, and thus serve customers with professionalism, competence, and
efficiency, providing excellent products that enhance their businesses.

VISION
C. Mata Export aims to establish itself in its business area, gain market share,
and be recognized as a company synonymous with quality, with a strong focus on
customers, partners, and its field of activity.

QUALITY POLICY
C. Mata Export’s vision for Quality is essentially based on the following points:

Customer satisfaction – Meeting customers’ needs by providing
quality products and delivering a service that meets their expectations, in order to establish a relationship of trust and loyalty.
Organizational Development: Continuously improving its processes, products,
and services to efficiently achieve its objectives, thereby enhancing the effectiveness
of its Quality Management System.
Development of its Human Resources: Conducting training activities to
equip employees with the necessary knowledge for effective performance and,
thus, achieving personal and professional satisfaction, maintaining a stable and motivated team.
Quality in the produced product: Stone transformation is carried out rigorously,
complying with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to products and meeting the requirements
of customers.
Developing partnerships to ensure product innovation;
Developing partnerships with suppliers to meet internal objectives.
Management is committed to enforcing the current policy by providing
the necessary resources for its implementation.
